Inn-to-inn ski and snowshoe tours Vermont

INN-TO-INN SKI/SNOWSHOE

Self-guided. Available December through March.*

Skip the lift lines this winter and join us for a one-of-a-kind tour through the Vermont countryside! Similar to our popular inn-to-inn walking tours, but on skis or snowshoes. Expect a mixture of lightly-used forest tracks and groomed trails. All ages and abilities are welcome for the snowshoe option. Inn-to-inn skiing requires either a basic level of cross-country skiing familiarity or one day of personalized skiing instruction (see "Rates" below).

We use "backcountry Nordic" skis for these tours, which are wider than traditional cross-country skis and have metal edges. The emphasis is on comfort and stability over multiple days of winter travel, rather than high-speed groomed skiing.
