POLICIES

AVAILABILITY & BOOKING

Inn-to-inn walking tours are subject to lodging availability. Please book early to ensure availability, especially for fall foliage dates (September 25 to October 15). For inn-to-inn tours, a 50% deposit is required to book your tour dates, with the remainder due on or before your date of arrival. For guided adventures, full payment is due no later than 24 hours before the start of your tour.

CANCELLATION

Guided adventures may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% refund.

Inn-to-inn tours may be cancelled for a full refund up to 2 weeks in advance for winter/summer start dates, or 30 days in advance for fall foliage start dates (September 25 to October 15). Less notice will result in forfeiting your 50% booking deposit. Our inn-to-inn tours in particular require a significant amount of planning and logistics, so we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible of any changes in your travel plans.

DOGS 

Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome on guided day hikes and snowshoe tours, provided you let us know ahead of time (not all trails/routes are dog-appropriate). Dogs are generally not allowed on guided ski trips or any of our inn-to-inn tours unless stated otherwise. 

SMALL CHILDREN

Certain inn-to-inn tours may not be available for children under 12 years old due to inn policies; however, we will do our best to find a tour that meets the needs of your family. Please contact us with any questions.

WEATHER & CONDITIONS

We do not make any guarantees as to weather or other outdoor conditions (including when "peak foliage" will occur). No discounts or refunds will be made due to weather; however, you will be fully refunded should we need to cancel a guided tour due to unsafe conditions, at the sole discretion of our guides.
