AVAILABILITY & BOOKING
Inn-to-inn hiking tours are subject to lodging availability. Please book early, especially for fall foliage season itineraries. For inn-to-inn tours, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remainder due on or before your arrival date. For guided hikes, full payment is due no later than 24 hours before the start of your tour.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Guided hikes may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% refund.
Inn-to-inn tours may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 days in advance. Less than 30 days' notice will result in forfeiting your 50% booking deposit. Our inn-to-inn tours require a significant amount of planning and logistics, so we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible of any changes to your travel plans.
Inn-to-inn tours may not be available for children under 12 years of age due to inn policies; however, we will do our best to find a tour that meets the needs of your family. Please contact us with any questions.
Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome on guided day hikes, provided you let us know in advance (not all trails are dog-appropriate). Unfortunately, we cannot allow dogs on our inn-to-inn tours at this time.
WEATHER & CONDITIONS
We do not make any guarantees as to weather or other outdoor conditions (including when "peak foliage" will occur). No discounts or refunds will be made due to weather; however, you will be fully refunded should we need to cancel a guided tour due to unsafe conditions, at the sole discretion of our guides.
